Recognized and certified by the French State, the four Alsatian competitiveness clusters are key drivers in making the economy more competitive. Their role is to bridge public research and businesses to foster innovation and create jobs.
BioValley France
As a unique pan-European cluster, BioValley France unites and supports startups, SMEs, large corporations, healthcare organizations, research institutions, and training centers in the Grand Est region. It focuses on four major areas: innovative drugs and therapies, medical technologies, diagnostics, and e-health. Its mission is to stimulate innovative projects, boost the creation of new products and services, and support business development.
Build & Connect
The Build & Connect cluster (formerly Fibres-Énergivie) specializes in building materials. Its goal is to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative products and services through collaborative research and development projects, as well as support for innovation.
Pôle Véhicule du Futur
The Véhicule du Futur cluster fosters synergy among businesses, educational institutions, and research in the fields of vehicles and future mobility.
It supports companies in accessing new mobility markets (electric, hydrogen, autonomous & connected vehicles, and mobility services) and the future industry (production process transformation).
Its objective is to support the development of the automotive and land transport industries, enhance their competitiveness to create value and jobs.
Aquanova – Hydreos
The AQUANOVA-HYDREOS cluster focuses on the development of the water sector in northeastern France, with the goal of bringing together and developing a community and innovative solutions for water networks, intelligent infrastructure management, and biodiversity. It encourages collaborative innovation for sustainable solutions and international development.
