Regional Employer Branding
The regional Employer Brand “Bien en Alsace” brings together businesses, local authorities, and economic partners in Alsace to embrace common values and collaborate in attracting, retaining, and nurturing talent.
“Collaborating to streamline recruitment and retain talent in Alsace.”
This initiative promotes strong cooperation among companies, local authorities, and economic partners, focusing on crucial factors that need the collective effort of the entire ecosystem throughout the employee experience:
This approach addresses key issues such as job visibility, regional exposure, housing, mobility, and local integration.
It operates on two levels:
- Regional Level: Actions that benefit all businesses across Alsace.
- Local Level: Each community creates and implements a tailored action plan to address the specific needs of businesses in their area.
